The picture above shows a kind of frame glued with stainless steel sheet. This frame is made with precision Japanese SUS304H-TA stainless steel sheet which is dedicated for SMT stencil.
The internal stress of the steel sheet has totally been removed after a special process by the manufacturer to ensure ZERO distortion on the sheet after cut. Before gluing the steel sheet onto the mesh, we do roughening treatment on the gluing area of the steel sheet to increase the bonding strength and chemical resistance. This sheet pre-mounted frame can then be used directly into stencil cutting.
